Award Winner! Brooklyn Bridge Park - reconstruction of park. Installation of granite steps arising from the shoreline of the East River

Barretto Point Park - Total construction of a new park that combines massive lawns and naturalized plant areas with numerous paved recreational facilities. This project is highlighted by a stone amphitheatre and the first sand volleyball court in the Bronx.

Robinson Reese Monument - Completed for the Mayor's Office to Improve NYC. The plaza and monument in front of Keyspan Park symbolize the bravery of two teammates from the Brooklyn Dodger days. William A. Gross Construction Associates was exclusively selected as the site work / granite contractor by the city.

Fordham University - Newly constructed Jack Coffey Field Stadium at Fordham University in the Bronx. A complete synthetic turf field with concrete dugouts and bleacher area highlight this project.

William E. Grady High School - Reconstruction of the athletic field at William E. Grady High School for the NYC School Construction Authority. This new athletic field was a highly political project and was successfully completed ahead of schedule under a limited time frame.
