Project Managers	Project assessment and inspection, cost management, expediting. Must be able to work within budget.
Estimators	Calculate job costs, schedule purchases, knowledge of construction techniques. Background should include mathematics, drafting, and reading blueprints.
Field Superintendents	Supervise and coordinate construction, develop project schedule, control labor and materials.
